Dubai Fitness Challenge

Dubai Fitness Challenge 2022 returns this October in Dubai. The month-long fitness festival is an initiative launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

The sixth edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) will run from October 29 to November 27, and will see a packed calendar of free fitness events and classes for all ages, including the much-anticipated Dubai Run and Dubai Ride.

To participate in the event, Dubai residents and visitors can sign up now on the website of Dubai Fitness Challenge to be part of the “world’s largest citywide fitness movement” and commit to 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days.

Last year, 1,650,000 participants took part in the 30×30 initiative, which is up by 10 per cent from 2020 and represents nearly half of the population of Dubai. There were 33,000 cyclists and 146,000 runners in last year’s edition.
