Global Village Dubai closing date 2024
Global Village Dubai, which opened six months ago, will only continue operating until April 28, 2024.
Global Village has recently adjusted its operating hours for Ramadan. Instead of the previous timing from 4 pm until midnight, this family-friendly destination now opens two hours later, at 6 pm, and continues welcoming visitors until 2 am.
During Ramadan, visitors will notice a transformed atmosphere with special lighting, and there’s also the addition of the Majlis of the World, where guests can partake in iftar or suhoor.
In other areas of the themed outdoor wonderland, the Ramadan cannon will make its return – representing the region’s traditional method of signaling the end of the day’s fast. Additionally, there will be a daily performance by a 30-member Arabian Orchestra on the main stage, a Ramadan-themed laser and fire show at Dragon Lake, special children’s shows, and a captivating Tannoura extravaganza.

What’s new this year
This year, Global Village unveiled a fun mini-golf attraction. There are two golfing experiences available: a challenging 9-hole course and an exciting 18-hole course adorned with neon lights. While you’re there, don’t forget to check out Mini World, a fusion of the most iconic attractions from around the world.
In breaking news, the Swedish icon Zara Larsson is set to grace the stage at Global Village Dubai for an electrifying performance on April 18, 2024. The concert ticket is inclusive in the admission price, making the show essentially free, with online orders costing only Dhs22.50 and Dhs25 at the gate – an incredible deal for a performance by such a prominent artist. We’re eagerly awaiting any new announcements, particularly regarding the closing festivities.
For fireworks enthusiasts, visitors to Global Village can enjoy a dazzling fireworks spectacle every weekend, held on Fridays and Saturdays at 9pm.
