RAKNYE2023 will light up the sky in the most spectacular way. The celebrations will include  displays of drones, nano lights, and harmonious arrangements of colors and shapes that move to the rhythms of electronic music.

The emirate of Ras Al Khaimah is set to welcome 2023 with a 12-minute firework display that will extend over 4.7 kilometers along the waterfront between Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village. Visitors will be mesmerized by the jaw-dropping pyromusicals that are set to break new records once again.

New Year's Eve Fireworks in Ras Al Khaimah

Last year’s New Year’s Eve pyrotechnic display set two new world records for the ‘Most Remote Operated Multirotors/Drones Launching Fireworks Simultaneously’ and ‘Highest Altitude Multirotor/Drone Firework Display’, which employed over 15,000 effects and 452 firework drones.

The fireworks are designed in European factories and hand-crafted by historic fireworks families over the past couple of months. The large shells, the bright and changing colours, and unique forms will contribute to the show’s beauty. The 12 minutes of fireworks is accompanied by nano-lights and stunning orchestral, electronic music that will amaze visitors. The whole stage of fireworks is a massive 4.7-kilometer stage, with dancing lights dancing to energetic music that flows from one side of the bay to the other.

The Organising Committee, led by Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority and comprising teams from Ras Al Khaimah Police, Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office, Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce, Marjan, Public Works, Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, Al Hamra and others, is leading the preparations for this year’s event.
